Verdure alla griglia

This is a very good and easy vegetable appetizer or side dish.
Grill the veggies you prefer (zucchini and eggplants, here). Sprinkle them with salt. Prepare a sauce with finely cut parseley, garlic and olive oil. Pour it on top. Let rest for a few hours before serving with some good bread.
